Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste SAB de CV (ASUR) is a Mexico-based company engaged in the management, operation and development of airport facilities. The Company comprises 9 airports in the Southeast region of Mexico, which are located in the municipalities of Cancun, Cozumel, Merida, Huatulco, Oaxaca, Veracruz, Villahermosa, Tapachula and Minatitlan. The majority of its revenues are derived from the provision of aeronautical services, which are generally related to the use of its airport facilities by airlines and passengers. The Company also derives revenue from non-aeronautical activities, principally related to the commercial services offered at its airports, such as the leasing of space to restaurants, retailers and service providers. As of December 31, 2011, SD Indeval Institucion para el Deposito de Valores SA de CV was the Company's major shareholder.
